Step One: Site Meeting - this is where we discuss your vision and goals for the property. Next, we add our ideas accordingly and discuss options of landscaping styles to meet your goals. A rough budget is usually set at this time. If the area is small, an on-site sketch may be sufficient. If larger, we move to step two.
Step Two: The CAD Design - Preliminary drawings are created at our office. A cost estimate for installation is prepared. The CAD design fee is a minimum of $200.00 and $25.00 on site consultation fee.
Step Three: Presentation - We meet with you to present the plan(s) and review them with you. Any requested changes to your plan are documented and revised. Payment of design fees are required at this time.
Step Four: Revisions - If needed, plans are revised (at no extra cost). Because we design on CAD, revisions are made quickly.
Step Five: Presentation - We review the revised plans and provide a final quote for the project.
